Thank you, makes me really happy to hear you like it! About the tar paper, it might just be me using the wrong word because we use the same word for several things in swedish... We used this when mounting a wall onto a concrete foundation, to stop water for traveling through the concrete into the wood. As you say, it has some kind of granulates on it, the differences in color is only because it has been lying outdoors for almost a year, so it's different degrees of dirt ;) Here's a link to the product I used, swedish company though.
