Awesome! Glad to get a new follower, and I'm glad you like my content. :)
Yeah, that was the best part. All I had to do was remind my friends that they can only paint on the cellophane. (Surprisingly, college kids still remember how to color within the lines.)

There's a few art stores in ATL that I follow, and I always wait for them to have a sale on Montana paints before I buy a ton. They're my favorite!
Yeah, the faint perfume smell and the old makeup smell was part of what was getting to me! Full disclosure, it turns out that the spray paint reacted with the handle of the box ever so slightly - and I didn't notice it until a day or two ago. No major damage - it's just kind of tacky to the touch. I've covered it cleanly with electrical tape, and that seems to have dealt with it.

Ah! Sticking vinyl to things is essentially its own artform. I would be happy to write a separate Instructable regarding the sticker making process from beginning to end, if you'd like.
This was intended to be a super quick one-off to help people who have a basic understanding of using a vinyl cutter but need advice in designing a solid sticker. If you'd like, I can definitely make an Instructable regarding a step-by-step of cut, placement, and installation. :)

Great instructable! I love using this blanket to defuse panic attacks! I made some changes to the pattern to make 3"x3" blocks instead of rectangles. In the end, I don't think that my blanket benefitted at all; I only ended up using more thread. I bought both my fabrics from Jo-Anne's. The robot side of the blanket is flannel, which makes it good for cooler weather and/or snuggling.

You are welcome! I'll have to try out goop, sounds like a much better way to deal with the bottom of the shoes. Thanks for the suggestion! The felt worked like a charm, though!
