– 16 pieces potatoes
– 3 tbsp salt
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 garlic cloves
– 2 tbsp fresh rosemary and dill
Step 1: Preparation
First, you need wash and dry the potatoes and herbs. Then cut the potatoes into 4 or 6 parts and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Oil With Herbs
While potatoes are boiling, clean the cloves of garlic, crushing with herbs. Move to a small container, add salt and spices to taste (I used red pepper). Add olive oil, mix it.
Step 3: Baking
Dipped each parts of potatoes in oil with herbs, put on a baking sheet, bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
