Today i'm going to show you How to make a Carbon Bluetooth Speaker Build as written on the tittle .
It is very interesting subject to work with i've spend many times in research and experiment finally i came with a New Project .
Since , Bluetooth Speaker are very Popular Today
I've been searching a Best Bluetooth Speaker for long year and years .
Finally i made it

Step 1: Features
- 2 * 15 watt = Total 30 watt of power
- 5-6 hours at full volume
- 10-12 hours at medium volume

Step 3: Starting With Amplifier
There is a Reason i use this Amplifier Bluetooth module is not build in but no worry i can use a external module in other hand you got very powerful amplifier .
it need 12v to run at max power .
it can deliver 15 watt each at 4 ohms

Step 4: Power Source " Battery "

It can Deliver
- Maximum voltage - 12.6 v
- nominal voltage - 11.1 v
- Low voltage - 9 v
How to charge this Battery
- You can just use a 12.6 v Lithium Battery Charger to charge this battery

Step 5: Cutting Wood
I used 12mm MDF to make this
- Length - 25.5 cm
- Height - 8.7 cm
- Width - 9.5 cm
And then i used a router to make a dado cut " See the image "
Step 6: Drilling Speaker Hole
I used a hole Saw to Drill the Speaker Hole " See the Image "
And then i Used my router to make a 45 degree Angle cut in the hole
Step 7: Cutting for Passive Radiator
i used my jig saw to cut a square cut
and then i used some sandpaper to smooth the surface
and then i used my router to cut 45 Degree angle cut in the square " see the image "
And then Some more Sanding
Step 8: Gluing
i used some wood glue to glue all the parts
and then i used my router to cut Round Over cut over the edge "See the image "
Step 9: Giving It's Look & Installing Passive Radiator
I used Carbon Fiber Vinyl to wrap it over " i used heat gun to do it smoothly "

And then i used some Glue to stick passive radiator from inside
Step 10: Connection & Installation
Fit all the parts as shown in the image
Use some dual sided tape and hot glue to stick the battery
Connect all the connection as shown in the Schematics " See the image "
And then Install the Speaker
Secure all the electronics with hot glue
Step 11: Calibration
Now set the step up module to exact 12.5v with a potentiometer
Step 12: Closing
Now put some silicone adhesive to the back panel and close it
and then drill 4 holes and screw it
