Tired of the same pumpkin pie and pumpkin cookies? Here is your answer! Quick and Easy Pumpkin Bars!  They don't take long and are delicious.

Total Time:
- Prep: 15 min
- Bake: 25 min
- Cooling: 5 min

Yield: makes 24 servings

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1-2/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 cups chocolate chips (optional)

Icing:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
-1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons milk

Supplies:

Step 1: Beat the Eggs, Sugar, Oil and Pumpkin in a Bowl Until Blended and Mixed

Step 2: In a Separate Bowl, Mix Flour, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt.

Step 3: Add Mix From Step 2 Into Pumpkin Mixture and Be Sure to Mix Well. Add Chocolate Chips (optional).

Step 4: Pour Mixture Into Non Greased 15x10x1 Baking Pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 Minutes.

Step 5: Beat the Cream Cheese, Butter, Vanilla, and Confectioner's Sugar in a Bowl. Add Milk Until Desired Consistency Is Achieved.

Step 6: Spread Over Pumpkin Bars and Store in Refrigerator.

Step 7: Invite People Over and Enjoy!
