Super Simple Office 'floater', Great for Kids Too!

This device when given an upward toss, as well as a rotational velocity will float to the ground. When used in an outdoor setting, the wind catches it and will give it some zany maneuvers.

Supplies:

Step 1: The Materials Needed: Paper or Styrofoam Plate, Styrofoam Coffee Cup, and Tape

yep thats all you need! Of course, you can add UFO like markings to the pieces if you like!

Step 2: Tape Cup to Plate

The plate can be placed either way, and will give different flying characteristics (especially when outside).

Step 3: Ready to Fly

Now while holding the cup with one hand, spin it and toss it up at the same time. Thats it! You can experiment with adding more plates and more cups.

You took digital photos - does your camera not have a video function? Even a mobile phone? As long as you can upload it to youtube or similar, you can show it here.

If its off a little it won't really effect it. The paper plate, being heavier, will keep more rotational momentum, and fly a little better.
