Tell us about yourself!
I used to make this years ago, and it is indeed great stuff, and your instructions are perfect. The only questionable piece of information in your 'ible is the claim that it "will keep in an airtight container for at least a week." That may be true, but only if you happen to live in a house in which the occupants have a reasonable degree of self-control. ;-)
Not only are you talented and knowledgeable and skilled and resourceful and an excellent explainer-of-things, you also have a wonderful sense of design. (I couldn't begin to make this, but I know good stuff when I see it!)
Beautifully done. Not only the finished product, but also your clear-as-a-bell instructions and photos. (You're a natural engineer, in case you didn't know it!)
If I weren't swamped with 3 million other projects, I'd start making these today. Love the whimsy and the cheer and the charm and just the smile they put on one's face...and your instructions are excellent.
I don't really have need of this particular tip, but I want to compliment you on your extremely well-articulated, well-illustrated, totally user-friendly presentation. You are a born teacher (without being the least bit pedantic!)
Hey, aesthetics are as important to me as functionality, so I do appreciate your stuff. Fwiw, on my satchels, I enclose the magnets in a little fabric "pocket", so they're essentially invisible...not as cool as yours, but not totally industrial, either!
Very well done. Classy and whimsical at the same time.
Classy-looking and relatively simple (especially the fact that you don't require fancy equipment that many of us low-tech diy-ers don't have!). Nice, straightforward, unfussy, "un-cute" instructions: LIKE!
You are an artist, Ms. Mikaela Holmes.
You, my dear, are a wonderfully talented artist, in my opinion. (And my opinion, coming as it does from an extremely critical person, is very valuable!)
