Hey gabgra11. I think the main thing is to print curvy surfaces like these vertically. In that way you will get a very smooth part right off the build bed. This will reduce the time you have to spend later on. Also, the 3D-XTC does a great job, as it applies a very smooth layer on top of each part. That said, even though I did the two "tricks" mentioned above I had to apply bondo and sand it for more than 3 hours before I could prime it. Hope this helps. Keep on making!
