I think I used a brand Pattex waterproof glue, and stones was listed in the material suited for this glue, I found it a Lowe's.But you may ask to the local hardware store, or look at this glue class here at Instructables for a better advice.

Glad it was useful!
View Instructable »Yes, I wrote it already in step 4, but sometimes, when it is really distorted, it is better to remove it, to take a better look of it, and adjust the right and left hole equally. And thanks for the word "stopper", I'll change it.

Hi, sorry for the late replay.I will try before to buy another zipper slider, to follow this instructable and try to fix it this way.If keep not working, you can purchase one on Ebay, making sure you measure yours, and buy one of the same measure. To replace it, you need to take off the old one and insert the new one like I explained in this instructabble. Many zipper replacement you buy online are openable too, so they are easy to place.Anyways I'm not sure what the matter with your zipper, is hard to say without seeing it, so it may work, or may not!

Sorry for this very slow replay.I'm not sure about the weight, I only use scrap leather...but need to be at least 2 mm thick or more, not to be too flimsy
- marcellahella commented on marcellahella's instructable ☆PASTA MACHINE METAL SHEET IMPRINTING☆1 year agoView Instructable »
I never tried to do any thicker sheet, but yes, need to be pretty thin. I think is a good idea if you find maybe a cheap used pasta machine to try.
